how are those made...are they cutouts?

I painted them. I drew my design small and then used a projector to make it big and traced the projection and painted it

How would I go about doing that?

Just walk in a restaurant and show them your designs. Maybe you could hand paint them onto the doors for extra $$. You need to take a course in marketing.

Start off by checking with your neighbors and see if they need anything painted and show them examples of your work.

I’m a little late to the party but I felt like sharing some of my pieces if that’s alright

the night themed ones are from an unfinished collection of mine I call “Ghost Stories”, they were all drawn on my iPhone using my finger so they’re not very neat.

the kingfisher painting is acrylic and was done maybe a year ago.

Thanks so much! I also have these pieces, and a wood carving of a dragon if we’re counting that as art.

I also saw another person in this thread who mentioned they draw dragons! I have a bunch of dragon scribbles if those interest anyone

And here's the last one. It's a bit wrinkly haha when I glued it onto the board. I definitely made a mistake using newspaper paper

I drew this Koi Angelfish last week. They are one of my favorite fish and I want to have a 100 gallon planted tank with a group of Koi Angelfish one day.

I did a few pictures of my bunny, Helix. I know they aren't very good but I sketched them out in about 30 minutes each.
