This Is What I Found In My Minnow Trap!

Awesome find, i was just talking to someone at work today about trying to grab some local minnows. He said there are some darters around here (im north of you a bit) that are very colorful, looks like what you found!

I've been looking at them online and i'm suprized they arent commonly sold at fish stores. They look great.

I've got a batch of rusty cichlids ready to sell, fancy a trade? lol

I grew up in southern Indiana and I don't remember seeing these. Guess I just didn't spend enough time in the river!

I caught two males and a female, I took them and put them in my moms ten gallon she had set up, They are some funny little fish. They look great under an aquarium light too. I'm planning on getting at least a 55g, ( I cant wait till pay day!!) But sorry for not having pics, I went camping over the weekend, and ended up super sick , with a nasty cold. I guess thats what I get for being in the creek catching little fishy, when its only been like 65 out. Unfortunately I had to work today so there isnt any way to post the pics up of the of the Highland Town Lake, and down at the creek. But Maybe if I dont go home and pass out I will have enough energy to post them for you. lol
