Is it the white dot? Too small/fuzzy to tell but beneficial copepods and isopods are tiny like that and hard to photograph clearly. Ditto for small amohipods. Two other light colored tiny things to compare against via an image search are stomatella snails (which can get to a half inch sometimes but start tiny), small hitchhiker limpets, and colonista snails.

have normal white light on the tank.
