It's just not planted well yet and no fishes till Friday. I haven't been happy with it, especially when my Alternanthera reineckii completely melted the day after I got it. I'll snap one really quick anyway.

Don't mind the scattering of anacharis and the ugly bacopa. I'm growing the emersed stems untill they are fully submersed leaves, then they go in the 46g.

See? Just a mess right now. I wanna strip it down to the hardscape and start over.

I'd gather all of those plants around the tree if I had that space. And put a few rocks near the edges of the tank, with some plants between them. My aquascaping skills are nonexistent though.
My mosses just got spread over my bogwood and not by themselves, my hoplo did it, like he does with most of the furniture/plants I put there. -.- At least my fern has fixed itself and I'm waiting for newer leaves to replace old, ugly ones.

I think the tank looks pretty good myself, especially that awesome piece of driftwood! More plants are a must but not a bad starting platform.............don't sell yourself short.

Thanks. I'm just mad cause I lost a lot of plants in the bleaching, and then the ones I bought were dead or melted when they got here. No refunds from anywhere.

I put sand in my planted tank last night. Also changed the power filter out for a sponge filter, and decreased from a 100 to a 50 watt heater, so it'll be easier to hide

Taco hell never sits right. I've been making homemade Mexican food lately. Enchiladas and burritos and neat tortilla packets full of meat and cheese.


But tonight...Pulled BBQ chicken sandwich's with caramelized onions on homemade bread. That's wuss up!

Hey lovelies!

I got 2 more cherry barbs today! 1 male and 1 female. The male is berry and the female is cherry to go along with my existing male, razz, and my existing female strawberry. I'll eventually up them to 6. These 2 are in my qt now. Hope they survive while I'm on vacation

Also not really sure what to do as the 2 I have now are about 6 years old (according to previous owner they were 5 1/2 when I got them. Now around 6) so they only have about a year to leave max. I've already been noticing an activity level change. The ones I got today are around a year old.
