Mine came with holes, started calcifying the holes and now one has completely recovered his shell color, the other still has a few white blots.Do not salt the poor snail![]()

Anyway, does anyone know the perfect tank conditions for Mystery Snails? Mine have been hanging out up at the top of the water lately, maybe for oxygen? Maybe they don't like the pH or hardness? I have no means to test the hardness but I can post the pH later. Also, one of their shells has some tiny holes starting on it.

They might be hanging at the top looking for food. Do they form some kind of cone with their body? That's how mine try to get food, but fail due to Tzuppy bumping them off.
