Tetratec Filters

I have been reading with some interest about the Tetratec canister filters. As I try to locate one, I can't seem to find them in the US. Is this strictly a UK product? Everywhere I look seems to bring me across the pond Any info on them being sold here would be appreciated Or is there a comparable model sold under a different name?

I think I posted just a minute before I found my answer. Am I right in saying that here the filters are sold under the Marineland label? They do appear to be quite alike. Can anyone confirm?
