hi all
I thought it would be a good idea to list our favourite volume calculators
with a reason why you like it, sort of a rating system if you will.

ok here are my two fav
http://www.danios.odd-fish.net/DANIO/Tankmaster.html
Tankmaster is the best rectangular calculator out there
not only does it do water volume and takes note of substrate displacement
it can do other things like work out your electricity cost
and has many other items of interest.
So good I added it to my own website :)
9.9/10

http://home.comcast.net/~jdieck1/volcalc.html
the reason is it can do odd shaped tanks from cylinders to L shaped tanks
also it can adjust for large amounts of rocks/substrate
and can be set for US gallons or Litres.
9.5/10

so whats your favourite and why?

http://www.gooogle.com because it can take ANY unit of measurement and conver it to ANY OTHER unit of measurement. Try

12 in x 12.5 in x 30 in in us gallons

That's 12 inches by 12.5 inches by 30 inches in U.S. Gallons. Pretty nifty.

The-Wolf, you are a pinned-topic making machine :(

I liked the "Tankmaster". Will certainly use it when I need a calculator :)
