Tank Upgrade Recommendations?

Their tanks look good, but when I costed it, by the time I added the filters/heaters etc to get a 500 ltr worked out VERY expensive.

Been looking at the Fluval Profile 1500, as it comes with everything (Dual filtration as standard), just can't find anywhere online that sells it! People only seem to do the 850, 1000 or 1200.

I'll take a trek up to ND though. It;s only about an hour away and the Mrs wants to look at their turtle tanks!

That looks a beast. Not sure about the filtration, need to look into that. If I can abuse the discount code, works out quite a good buy?!?

I was just drooling over that one for the price, at £600 I wouldn't care what the filtration was!

Yeah I looked at that one, all you do is whack a couple of their externals on there, at £60 for the 2000EF they are a steal too! haha
Although when you consider the reccommendations their externals have had the one included must be just as good

That one reads to have powerheads instead of external filters...my currect tank has a powerhead which runs through floss etc, I can never seem to get crystal water in it.

I phoned up to find out if they had more pictures but they don't

It said it has a external top filtration system? Or am I missing something? TBH I don't really know what powerheads are for lol!!!
Did you not ask about the filtration? Still their externals are good apparently!!!

I think it might be the same as in AquaOne's AquaStyle range tanks.. I tore mine out and replaced with Eheim 3e filters

It says it has different parts for different types of media so it might actually be ok?

errrr I "think" it's like the one I have....powerhead sucks the water in...passed through a tube, through the filter and back out into the back. I guess this one is through a spray bar. Only reason aren't too keen is because you have the 2 big powerheads inside the tank rather than just external filter tubes...

for tanks over 400l i would go for someone like ND manufacturers seem to cost a bomb in comparison.
