Tank Turn Over

I currently work out i have approx 5.7 turn over in my tank, was thiking of changing my APS 1000 for a APS 2000 if i do i should be approx 8.5 turn over. The filters are what £70 is it worth it will i see any benifits? I have not problem with stats just thought after speding so much whats another £70 plus i can put the APS 1000 on my 70L takn then

you could add a powerhead/ Koralia if you want some better flow for plants or something, save u lots compared to buying a new filter!

is your calculation based on the box claim, or is it a realistic flow rate? the AOS2000 flows less than 1000lph, in reality. its hard to recommend a flow rate, if we dont know what your flow is now!

my 190ltr tank has 2 eheim 2224's. this gives me a flow of 4.5-5x whilst working. if i used the box claim, for flow, i would get 6x ifx i used the pump power, it is close to 7x. but the truth is 4.5-5.

as mentions is its for growing plants, you could use a power head. but if you are just looking for a high scavenging filter system, that will not do.
