Tank Invaders

hey guys i have just found some unwanted inhabitants i have live plants in the tank and have done for nearly 1yr and never had them in this tank also i have some things running all over the bogwood they are a green/gray colour about the size of end of a pin they are only on the bogwood.
i have no idea where they have come from as do not over feed have not added any plants or fish or any thing else i will have to get assassin snails but what will be a good idea for the flea like invadors

sounds like they could be copepods. have a look at this thread and see if it matches any of these .

the snail is the 1 on the plant but as for the the other thing i have no idea as are too small to see
