switching from fresh water to salt

i have a 29 gallon fresh water tank with a :
WHisper 30
Mainland 20-40 gallons
penguin550
and an under gravel cleaner

i was just wondering what i need to start a salt water tank, and what fish and coral and that stuff would be apropreate for starting the tank.
