Hi all I bought a Betta for my dad because he was going to start a ten gallon and then he found a 50 gallon tank and it was to much of an offer to pass up to have a Betta in there so I was thinking to put my goldfish in there as an upgrade from my 14 gallon and rehome then when we start a pond so can I put my Betta in the 14 gallon with 10 ghost shrimp and 10 endlers the dimension of the tank are 20 inches across 10 inches wide and 15 inches tall

of course many people keep betta's in small tanks (3gall) 14 gallons would be great. Betta's breathe atmospheric air. but you should still have a air pump. risky with shrimp.

And I have an air pump in the 14 gallon should I turn that of for the Betta it makes lots of ripples in the water and the filter provides aeration

I have fish twice the size of a Betta and they don't even pay attention to the shrimp

NO! the betta will be fine with just a filter and clean water. the goldfish will need a strong filter and aeration

And is it okay to have 2 telescope eye goldfish in there with a shubunkin and the shubunkin will be there temporarily is this okay

Of course it is. Be gentle with telescopes not as hardy as shubunkins and telescopes are prone to disease be careful. Gd Luck thou.

bettas are agressive make sure there are a few plants or bogwoods for the shrimp to hide underneath
