Is the tank 60cm long or tall? I would presume long but you do get some odd shaped tanks these days!
Only thing I would say is - possibly balance out your schools a little as pygmy cories appreciate a bigger school than what most people consider a minumum for other schooling fish. I would consider doing 8 of each - 8 pygmy cories and 8 CPDs
