Sick Pleco

Hi guys!

This topic is about my friend's pleco. We think it has fungus but we are not sure! Can you take a moment to look at the pic and suggest what is wrong with the pleco?

Is it fluffy, if so I would say columnaris, if it's not fluffy I would say it's a graze or an abrasion.

It's not fuzzy we know that (i now know what fuzzy fich look like!)! His nose looks a bith mushy, and swollen a bit. The top of his eyeballs are also doing it but it's hard to tell in the picture.

So, today he is moving around a lot more. But the inside of his mouth looks to be a bit red.. I can only see it on the right side, not sure about the left as he generally hangs out on the right side of the tank.. Any ideas what this could be?

Any changes in your plec today?

So today is day 5 of treating with Maracyn as directed.. Pleco is still showing the same spots as before... What else could it be? I'm lost
