Siamese Algae Eaters

I've been reading up on these little guys for some time, as I have a bad case of BBA, and short of ripping all the leaves that are infected I'm hoping to get a SAE.
 
I also have a flying fox in each of my tanks (mistakenly sold to me as SAE) and I'm wondering if this will be a problem. I can't seem to find any research into whether they'll rip each other to shreds or get along fine.
 
Help?


Also, how would a BN fit into this scheme?
 
And by the way, I have solved the problem of the BBA ... now just trying to get rid of what's already there without killing anything.

I wouldn't I think flying fox are territorial to others that look like them, but maybe that's just sharks? I've never owned any, just my opinion.
