Mrs. imbellis has had vertical strips for a couple of days now, and Mr. imbellis has finally made a nest! Things are heating up, so hopefully they'll spawn sometime this week

I sorta destroyed his nest while re-arranging the tank yesterday, but I'm not really wanting anymore babies until I'm able to ship out some of the ones I have currently anyway. I don't have enough tanks for two spawns at once, lol!

Yes Bettabelieveit, if/when I get a successful imbellis spawn I'll let members of the forum have some... right now all I have left from the last spawn is 6 -- the two smallest ones were apparently eaten by their siblings
The last 6 look very healthy though, and are all about the same size so there shouldn't be anymore cannibalism occuring.
