How do you dechlorinate water that comes from the python? Do you put the water right into your tank?

From what i've heard people put the required amount of de-chlorinator for the whole water change into the tank before or during the water change.

Yes. Straight in and add the dechlor as it is filling....have never had a problem with this method.

i usually put in the dechlorinater after the water change ...so far, my fish haven't minded a bit....

I add half before I start adding the water, and the rest about half way through. Not had any problems at all, either with the fish or the buggies in the filter media.
