Pregnant Balloon Molly

my balloon molly is pregnant,, do you advice to keep her in a separate tank? because male molly keeps following her

I prefer placing a heavy female into a separate tank for her fry drop but there is no way I have enough tanks for all of them. Most end up dropping in their normal tank with lots of cover provided for the fry.
