Positioning Of Central Heating In A Fish Room

I've always had my fan heater in the middle of a shelve in the fish room..... (to heat the environment).... Tonight, I moved the heater to the floor and within 2 hours, the effects was noticable..... I actually moved the setting of the heater back by one notch (running on 2 ellements rather than 3)..... saving on electrical consumption with the same result.... Just a hint to other central heating members........

Good tip, heat rises so i suppose having it on a middle shelf meant the lower half never really got heated. Where as on the floor it is heating the whole room at every level
