Fry are 28 days old now. Getting their wag markings on some, excited about that.

Getting so big :) I love fry

Next month i should start to see which gender they are. Any that can be sexed will be separated and sold :)
How much are you planning on selling them for?

Not for much, perhaps $2-3 each, or $5-8 per trio. My cory fry $4 each, or $20 for 6 (local store prices are $8 each!)

You can get platies pretty cheap at my local stores, even blues. Most stores sell for $4-6 depending on variety. Many of these are looking to be wag and mickey mouse. All seem blue so far. But colour is still developing so, there could be surprises

So! Mama platy dropped more fry it seems the other day and i found a single survivor. So that little one is in with the older fry now. Haven't seen him since adding him, but hes just a little guy.

But photos of the older ones. Nearly all are wags! A few may be rainbow wags, as some got some orange tones starting. But theyre getting the reflective blues.

Those fish are beautiful. Never seen those before. Congrats on the babies.

I've decided on my personal keeper for myself.

Hes been moved to my 55, where he will be okay, though small and skittish there. But he should be large enough now to avoid being a snack. I don't know the gender yet however.

3 of the larger ones will be going to my upstairs neighbour soon. I'm cleaning up one of my old 20 gallons for her, then setting it up with some sand and decor. She will be getting a cycled filter with it as well.
