I just bought 2 anubias planta and they came with a black plastic where there roots are should I take.them out or leave them

like black plastic cups? If so, take them off and attach the plant to wood or rock with cotton or thin fishing reel.

Hi there

carefully remove the plastic mesh pot, the using tweezers, gently tease away the rooting fibre from the roots. Once this is all gone, give the plants a good swill in a bucket of clean/aquarium temp water, trim the ends of the roots, and tie onto woodd or rocks etc.

What can I use to tie it down

i use fishing line

Cotton works well, as does super glue. I have started to trap alot of plants inbetween rocks etc aswell just lately.
