Can you not plug your phone into your computer, copy it to the computer then use something like imageshack.us to upload them?

if you can connect to the internet via your phone then you can upload pictures to a hosting website that way.

You can't upload photos directly to the forum. You need to use something like photobucket or similar.

I think so - if it allows remote linking. Not used it myself.....give it a whirl!
