How do i raise my Ph level- right now its at 6.2

its a new 10 gallon fresh water tank with no fish

nitrite-0
hardness-50
chlorine-0
alkalinity-65
pH-6.2

The short term quick fix for a fishless cycle is a little baking soda added to the water. For a longer term solution, I have a link in my signature area to a short article put together by a couple of our members. It is marked in my signature as "pH Problems".

It should not take much baking soda at all, maybe start y trying 1/4 tsp and see if that is enough. Give it a half hour to mix well and see how you are doing. If you want a bigger effect, add some more. The baking soda will only push the pH up to around 8.0 no matter how much you add, but there is no need to get carried away.
