Pancakes!

We had pancakes this evening. Although I will admit to making them occasionally through the year at random intervals.
 
Apart from the traditional lemon and sugar, what do people put on theirs?
 
One of my favourites is bolognese mixture in the pancakes with cheese grated on then in the oven as a main, followed by sweet ones for desert.

Chocolate spread and chopped bananas, hmmm. Savoury ones would have to be spinach in cream rolled with who,e meal pancake mix and cheese sauce D we are having ours today though!

Shhhhhh...don't tell them... Actually Vermont is well known for its maple syrup too so I guess we can claim it.

I tried to make pancake before two days and i failed to make it. Some think went wrong with the mixture.

try adding 1/2 or 3/4 cup of small chocolate chips to the batter and stir them in good.....then cook your pancakes

I had apple, boiled down with loads of cinnamon to fill some of mine, bit of icing sugar sprinkled over the top, was awesome!!!
