Orange lump inside mystery snail ???

I got my mystery snail three weeks ago, he’s very active and overall seems to be pretty healthy. The other day when he was climbing on the side of the tank I noticed he had an orange lump. I can’t see it all the time, it really depends on what he’s doing. I’ve been trying to figure out what it is but my google searches have turnt up nothing. If any of you guys know what it is please let me know I want to keep him healthy!!
