Oh Dear...now What

Well first off, i am happy to say that my 80 USG bowfront is beautifully cycled and planted (just need them to grow taller now) and to celbrate i decide to start to slowly stock it. At my LFS i came across Beautiful Rainbow Sharks, and from some light early reading knew that they did not get as large as Bala sharks, which was good becuase 80G is pushing it for the bala's from what i have read. The LFS was selling the rainbows 3 for $13.99 That CAD. I thought wow thats a good price so i got them, they are each about 1.5 - 2 inches right now and seem to be getting along fine. However while reasearching what other fish i wanted i come across, Rainbow sharks may become aggressive towards their own species and therefore only 1 should be kept in a tank..... So now im not sure what to do.. i am headed to the LFS again today to pick up a few other fish so will talk to them about maybe returning 2 of them if necessary, Im just wondering if anyone here has any exerience with Rainbow sharks and can more aptly predict if i am going to have an issue with 3 of them in an 80 Gallon Tank, from what i have read they will probably stop growing around 5inches and that getting there could take a while, anyway, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

They are generally considered more peaceful than the RBTS but they are just about the same when it comes to keeping more than one per tank, quite surprised that an LFS was selling them in a 3 for x amount deal its pretty common knowledge not to do that. I think they get smaller than the RBTS as well so not to worry quite so much for size its a nice big tank that I think will be well suited to one by its self obviously with other tank mates just no other rainbow sharks
