No it won't get rid of the internal parasites.
You could give this med a try to see if it works. It says it treats them but don't know if it does.

I would give the wormer plus a try if you can't get a vet to percribe levaimsole.
It says it treats them the wormer plus but then again some products say they treat more than they actually do.

For a vet do u just ring any vet place and say can you get me some leva whatever.?

Just ring a local vet practice and ask to speak to a vet tell him the symtoms, as you think your fish have camallanous worms.

No its not free you will have to pay if he perscribes levaimsole.
Members have rang the vets and most of them have said they helped them out.

No it won't kill the fish best to worm fish anyway.
Yes the worms should come out of the fish dead you will have to hoover them up.
