Thanks guys! We may go with some sparkling gouramis and dwarf corydoras. I think they look really neat

My water company hasn't called me back yet. I believe the water hardness around here is 1.5 dH, hopefully I can confirm with them. Also the light I have is a 19 watt fluorescent bulb.

There's a few local shops around here and I am sure one of them can help us order some fish in if needed.
