lol no it aint short a claw. its a varient of the Fiddler crab Uca chlorophthalmus.

not only does it need land, it need brackish water too. also needs a fair depth of sand in the dry area to dig in!

We have fiddler crabs so the tank is pretty well set up with floating plants and dry areas.
