Neons?

Would I be able to put neons in my tank with a bolivian ram, 3 dwarf gouramis, 3 guppies, and 4 peppered cories? its 20 gallons and the P.H. is 8.0(Will they adapt?

Their preferred pH is round 6.8,.... but will survive in pH 8....The tank is a bit tight fitting as you'll need around 6 to 8 of 'em, but they can be pushed in there with a prospect of weekly water changes.
