My Pellet Gun

Thats an awsome pellet gun, pretty high FPS. Here is a picture that I thought you might like. It's my 7mm Magnum, that i use for deer, elk, moose, bear. This gun shoots the bullets at 3400 FPS.

7mm is a great caliber. What rifle type? Rem 700 BDL?

It’s a Savage model. 111. Chambered in Rem 7mm Mag.

I'm a Savage fan myself. I'm looking at getting a 111 or 110, just trying to figure on a caliber. Most of what I have are .308 Win chamberings, and 7mm is the next real logical step up. That new Accu-Trigger is amazing. A friend of mine just got a used Savage 110 stainless varmint in .223 Rem, and on his first try for score after dialing in his scope, got himself a 5/8" 3-shot 100-yd group...during his lunch break. This is a factory rifle with no modifications.

Not to mention, the 7mm Rem Mag is just so darned accurate and flat shooting. The new short mags operate at such a high chamber pressure, it just doesn't seem rifles in the new short magnum chamberings will last as long as one in 7mm Rem Mag.

Yeah, I'll probably get thrown a few bricks, but I am a member of PETA: People Eating Tasty Animals.

I love this gun, VERY accurate. The reason I got this gun or this caliber was do to it's versatility. I can shoot any big game animal with it in North America. And it good out to 400 yds at least. Also if that’s the PETA that you are talking about then I am a member as well.
