3 season porch tank with native fish…

cold front moving through, not really “cold” but cool enough mornings, that the tank is 67 degrees at 1st light this morning… heaters aren’t set to kick on until 65… so no heat yet…
the tank warmed up to 72 degrees by sundown… my American Frogbit showed up today
looks like I inherited a little duckweed as well… at least this tank is easy to work on…
heaters will likely fire up for the 1st time today… cool air moving through, only a high of 68 degrees today…
looks like no heat required today, the tank went down to. 64.5 degrees, ( without the heaters turning on ), and now has begun to move up 0.1 degree every couple hours…
below average temps today, windy and rainy, heaters did kick in this morning probably will only run for a short time, as the high for today is supposed to be above 65 degrees
1st day I noticed some diatom algae on the front glass… in a new tank, that is expected, but is actually good, since a few trapdoor snails arrive tomorrow
my potted Crytocoryne usteriana, added to the tank, same potting method, as the sword plant previously
… these 2 potted plants will likely move indoors, for the winter season, when I “cocoon” the tank for winter
and 3 trapdoor snails added today as well…
ooo… someone's feeling pretty today… ( tank is right at 65 degrees right now )
