My Fish Have White Spot And I Cant Get Rid Of It

They have had it since the weekend, I've been to a pet shop to buy some treatment but it doesn't seem to be doing anything

1 of them is half dead and I dont know what to do

tank temp: 24 Degrees

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): White spots all over the body, no abnormal behavior
Volume and Frequency of water changes: No water changes since the weekend as im treating the water

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: ???

Tank inhabitants: 3 Cardinal Tetra, 6 Black Neons and 3 Algae Shrimp

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): Recently added the 6 Black Neons and I bought some plants off the internet, cantremember what they were but they were for tropical fish tanks, I have put these plants in with other fish and they are fine

Exposure to chemicals: I dont know what this means, if you mean which treatment I'm using its called Interpet Anti White Spot

The best medication I've found for White spot is protozin by waterlife.

Slowly increase your tank temp to around 30 degrees celcius because ich / whitespot bacteria struggles to live at this temp and increase water changes

also post in the emergencies section there are some great members in there such as wilder who really know there stuff when it comes to fish diseases etc
