Is it normal for Ludwigia Repens to go a pinkish colour?

in a word yes the higher the lighting level the redder it will go

i haven's got any close ups but here's a pic of my narrow leaf ludwigia reapens it's the red/pinky plant behind the boesmani rainbow (top centre)
