I just set up this tank yesterday with plants from existing aquariums, I woke up this morning and found it swimming around. Is it bad or should I not care?

Is it moving? Does it’s head look like a triangle? Or does it look like a worms head?

It did move, it’s head was shaped like a circle but not a worms head. It’s kinda like a shrimp

Dragonfly or damselfly nymph, would be my guess
If so, once it gets big enough, it could prey on fish fry or shrimp...

I haven’t seen it in a couple of days, the tank was only set up for one day when I saw it
