ammonia and nitrite? thats great

bring it up to 5ppm and then when it cycles that within 12 hours, 'qualifcation' week can start where you ensure ammonia and nitrite both process within 12 hours. Qualification week doesn't need to be 7 days though..I think 4+ would be adequate

It looks to me as if you have arrived Leanne. A few days of making sure and you will be ready for a giant water change and then go looking for some fish.

I am going to get my fish when I return form holiday (don't worry, someone will be topping up my ammonia daily!)... so I will put pics on when I get my fish. I am still a little undecided, but I have a rough idea!!
