Leaking Rena Xp3

Guy's i need some help.

I found my XP3 leaking from tow places today, one leak out of the quick release and the other out of the main seal. I've taken it appart and tried to make sure the seal sits properly spent most of the day trying to sort this now got a soaking living room and a tank withour a filter! Not quite sure what to do now? any suggestions welcome!

Try some vasaline around the seals, if its gone a bit dry sometimes this helps, if not its a new seal I am afraid.
