Kribs have hatched and are currently in with 2 small angels (size of a 50p)ish and a 1inch RTBS, will the krib babies be ok in there or do i need to go and get a new tank/breeding trap? By the looks of things the other fish dont get within a foot of the babies so it seems to be fine but thought I will check.

Kribensis with fry are some of the most nastiest fish there is, so you may wake to find all the other fish either in the top corner or with injuries, especially if Juveniles like you say.
what would you suggest is the best thing for me to do?

Currently have the tank with the kribs and angel fish in (500L)
Tank with a plec, 4 guppies and 6 neons (110L)
and a tank with 3 fighters in 1Male 2Females (40L)
Any way of rearranging those tanks?

You would probably be ok then, didn't realise they were in a 500 litre tank 
If they have their own territory and the oher fish know this then they will be fine. Mine were is with some neons once and they were all in the top corner within an hour of the spawn. lol. But this was in a lot smaller tank.

put the pleco in the 500 litre as it can reach two feet depending on type.

Ill see how it goes, the RTBS is chilling with the angel fish at the other side of the tank for now not really moving from there though. The angel fish on the other hand seem to be slightly more brave venturing to the middle before being chased back lol

Kribs won't take no nonsense from anything. If they feel that their young are at risk then they will attack for sure.

On a side note a male shouldn't be housed continually with females. So you need to take him out.

Because he'll fight with them. They should only be put together when actually breeding them, and unless you have a spare room to contain all the fry you don't want that to happen either. Sorry.
Looking at your tanks I'd put the female bettas into your 110L. You could risk your male going into it, but he could attack the guppies as they have fancy fins. Less chance I think with the females, though they could still do that. But it's a pretty big tank for them all to have enough space.
Oh and just noticed you only have 4 guppies, they need to be in a bigger group of 6+.

Nice fry! 
Just monitor the situation mate, if you notice any meaningful damage or aggression towards their tank mates then you will have to alter things about somewhat.

Ahh I see, thanks for that.
I will keep an eye on the kribs and leave them to it for now! Thanks for all the advice
