Is this an Amazon puffer?

Found this on YT and wondering if it's a Malabar puffer or an Amazon puffer. Someone has put it with incompatible tank mates including tiger barbs and cichlids. It looks like it has spots.

I think it’s a Congo spotted puffer

It’s a Green Spotted Puffer - Congo’s are more brown and have reddder eyes.

GSPs are a brackish to marine fish.
