Is This All I Need?

I planned on ordering a fluval fx5.. I was wondering if I ordered this, is this all i'll need? Like does it come with all the media necessary?

No polishing pads are blue I think foam pads are white. Foam pads are the first line of filtration in the filter.
They are on the link as foam blocks, pack of three.

thats how it reads to me.
But if you scroll down the page there is a guy there that does not recomend using the filter pads as they clog up. ??? personal preference I supose.

I would say so.
You may find that you might want to add more media once you have it running. Again personel preference but that will get you up and running. If you find that the pads cause clogging you could take them out or reduce the number used.

Im using the aquamanta 400 for my 310ltr tank. It came with everything you need. The polishing pad for that is white and my water is crystel clear. To top it off its really quiet. Maybe have a look at those. £99 from maidenhead.

Those are no where to be found in the states /: I currently have a 110g aquarium and 2 little filters that each are good for 70 gallons. They're just not cutting it and I wanna get something that will be enough..
