Is It Always Necessary To Add A Dechlorinator When Changing Water?

Sam, you may need to go on an adventure and meet the laboritory people who add the chlorine to your water. Try to make absolutely sure that its really chlorine that they use and not chloramines (which is just a chemical that combines chlorine and ammonia.) If its truly chlorine then you'll be safe just getting into a nice pattern of using the water that's already been sitting for a day and then refilling the holding bottles for the next time.

Oldman that is what i am doing even now i rarely add any dechlorinator. I just add it when i do a big amount of WC. wd thats very good idea but it will not be so easy for me to go there but anyway thanks for that. I have come to a conclusion that till the tikme i am doing just 15% of water change till then i will not add any dechlorinator.
