Hi all,

Went up to SSA in North London at the weekend - Rick has some incredible stock, and really nice guy - very knowledgeable too!! Anyway, I brought a hap trio off him, and just cannot remember what exactly they are...can anyone help out? The male has an iridescent blue head, and a blue sheen on his body that doesn't show in the picture.

Thanks, and will get some tank shots up when they've been transferred into the 240.

looks like some sort of protomelas.

Protomelas taeniatus? Red Empress Hap? Not a fully mature male in full colour, but mine took years to get his fully colours and then only when he started breeding.
