I Have Platy Fry

I found three platy fry in my tank today so i put them in a breeder net unfortunatly they all died because the angelfish kept trying to eat them through the bottom of the net.

I had this problem too so I cut out a sheet of plastic to fit into the bottom of the breeder net, prob solved!

how big should i fry be before you put them into the real tank?

The rule of thumb is too big to fit in the largest fish's mouth. Or a little after that, if you fear aggression from the other fish.

My Platy fry will be a month old on Friday they are currently about 2cm in length are they the right size for their age and are they now big enough to put in to my tank which contains tetras and gupies and 2 baby angelfish (bit smaller than guppy size in length)
