If you were to put ADF's in with the goldfish you would have to hand feed the ADF's with a turkey baster or pipette from a test kit if you have one. The ADF's cannot see well at all and goldfish would quickly eat up all the bloodworms or any other type of food you would be offering the frogs. The frogs would likely starve unless they were hand fed.
Also, with a 20 gallon and having two goldfish you are pretty much stocked as it is. Goldfish require 10 gallons per fish and ADF's do best if given 2- 2.5 gallons each.
