Will it depends on where your pictures are 
First the picture must be on the internet in the first place. Your ISP usually gives you web space, so you can place all your junk on the web, me I created this website with mine.
Once it's on the net it will have a url of it's location.
If your lost buy this stage just say I'll write an article on, cos it's been asked a few times.
After this.
When posing a reply or new topic, the edit screen (the one where you type everything) has a list of buttons (like word on the puter) B for bold, etc. 2nd from the right theres an image button, click on it and up pops a window, type in the location of the picture (url) and click ok, this will then put all the coding inti the edit window, for the picture to be displied.
Always click the check post button, this will shop your post to see if the picture gets displyied.
