How To Copy Ipod Songs Onto Itunes Without Sync?

Hi guys,

My previous topic got no replies, probably because my topic was too detailed.

Does anybody know how I can connect my ipod touch to my computer and copy the songs off it WITHOUT syncing it? I've lost the original files off my computer and If I sync I will lose them off my ipod too.

im not sure if the program is for windows, but google "Senuti". It's itunes backwards, in the name and what it does.
