Well, to some it may sound pretty lame, but to me, who used to change 50% water weekly from a 55 gallon tank using small buckets, it is really nice!
Its just a very, very long hose with a power head on the end of it. The drain end goes to my sink, and then I just place the end with the power head into any tank I want to change water out of. I gravel vac as well into a small bucket.
Then when I want to re-fill the tank, I just put the power head into a bucket that I made a mount for the power head to attach to, and place that in the bathroom with the sink, and then put the other end in a tank. Fill up the bucket and then turn the power head on to fill the tank!
