Right now I have a 105L tank with 12-14 boraras merah, 7 gastrodermus nanus, 4 trichoigaster chuna, 4 clithon corona, 3 amano shrimp and lots of neocaridinas, ramshorns and bladder snails.
I currently feed like this:
Monday: Fluval Bug Bites Tropical and Bottom Feeder
Tuesday: Fluval Bug Bites Tropical and Bottom Feeder
Wednesday: Fluval Bug Bites Tropical and Bottom Feeder, shrimp cuisine
Thursday: Fluval Bug Bites Tropical and Bottom Feeder
Friday: 1 cube of frozen brine shrimp + snail feed (algae wafers)
Saturday: Fast day
Sunday: Fluval Bug Bites Tropical and Bottom Feeder, shrimp cuisine

I was thinking if I should get some baby daphnia for variety and/or make wednesday a frozen cube day as well!

It depends on your goals. I always skip a day in the week for all foods, as much as I like feeding my fish. Frozen is a good substitute for live, and if breeding is the goal, I'd go to 3 or 4 times a week. If it isn't, you could add one more.

For years i just fed my dwarfs fluval bug bites and they never seem to lack of complain. Recently i've been feeding every other day frozen brine shrimp and some of them are oh well that's food too and others are like wow that's FOOD ;)

Most of my dwarfs are strictly meat eaters - most tetras want a bit of green - some of my dwarfs are also green eaters (mostly the west africans).

As for live food - well just the ones who have kids or are very very small - now and then i get some tetra that are like 1/4 inch like the last set of morse code tetra and gotta so they go crazy for bbs - while normally the adults behave like ember tetra which is to stay stationary - putting in some bbs make them behave like pirahana - the frozen stuff - they can take it or leave it.

As for should - with your stocking i probably won't spend the money but if it was free why not ;)

Yes. There's a tremendous variety. I use a dozen different types. Are you feeding adult brine shrimp or baby? The latter is more nutritious. The adult becomes a better food if it's spirulina-fed brine shrimp.
I cut them up a bit so I guess adults hahaha

having 2 different frozen foods for 2 days a week would be okay with me! I'¡ll get some baby daphnia and get the brine shrimp as babies when they finish the adult ones!

I may get:
DayFood
MondayFluval Bug Bites (tropical and bottom)
TuesdayFluval Bug Bites (tropical and bottom)
Wednesday½ cube Cyclops + ½ cube Daphnia + Bottom Feeder feed
ThursdayFluval Bug Bites (tropical and bottom)
Friday1 cube Frozen Brine Shrimp (or Brine + Spirulina) + snail feed
SaturdayFast
SundayFluval Bug Bites (tropical and bottom) + Shrimp Cuisine

what about tubifex, copepods, mysis, mini bloodworms, cyclops or brineshrimp with spirulina?
Tubifex is the one frozen food I do not feed. I feed bloodworms, cyclops, spirulina brine shrimp, turkey heart (brand name "Cichlid Delight"), a green food concoction, mysis, squid, rotifers, krill, BBS, plankton and daphnia.

I would skip the bloodworms myself for a couple of reasons - two being if uneaten they will pollute the water far worse then the other foods and they can cause issues with certain fishes. I would also skip the turkey heart as it is not appropriate for your stocking. I would focus more on krill, bbs, cyclops, mysis whatever.

I agree about the turkey heart. Beefheart too (although I know some old school types love that). Warm blooded birds and mammals just aren't a regular part of the diets of the kinds of fish we keep. Not like insects, worms, crustaceans or even other fish.

That is another rat hole where i neither want to express my opinion or wade into - the op also doesn't have the right species of fishes for heavier foods.
