How Much Sand?

How much sand will I need to be able to cover an area of 35cm by 120cm?

i'd say you'd need 20-25kg.. but if you got 30kg you'd be good for topping up now and then for when some sand inevitably goes up the syphon when cleaning!

i filled a 100cm x 30cm, 45cm x 30cm X2 with 20kgs

Ive got a 60L square tank and a 26L bowfront tank and 15Kg filled both of them with about 2ish inches
