I am looking for some advice, i have a 190 liter trigon at the moment i have 6 harlequins, 11 mollies and 3 platies. The question is how many more fish if any can i add? i have read various things regarding inch of fish per gallon ,etc. Just wanted your advice .

The one inch of fish per gallon rule, isn't always good to go by. It depends on whether the fish are slender bodied (like tiger barbs or guppies) or thicker, wider fish (like goldfish or parrot fish). It also changes on the surface area of your tank. Is your tank a tall length tank? or a longer one with a larger surface area? even though the two can have the same gallons of water, they can't support the same amount of fish.
You also have to have in consideration the adult size of the fish you're going to be purchasing.
How big are each of your fishthat you have now? I know platies never get any bigger than 2 inches, and harlequins almost the same, but depending on what type of mollies you have, their size can differ and can even grow to 4 or 5 inches if they have the room, depending on the species..
Look up online how big the species of mollies that you have can grow, then add all of their lengths together and subtract it from (i think 190 liters is 50 US gallons, correct me if im wrong) and that shows you how many more inches of fish you can have.
Because 11 mollies at about 4 inches long a piece would already be 44 inches of fish,
plus the 3 platies would be about 6 inches more, so there's your 50.
and that's not even including the 6 harlequins, that grow about an inch and a half a piece at full size.
